Cancellation Policy

Personalised Gifts:

Once the payment is done for the customized or personalized gifts, you have a time period of 8 hrs for free cancellation. Post 8 hrs, we will not be able to cancel the order. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not applicable to the gift section.

 

Return Gifts:

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order call our customer care at +91 7760 299 299. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.

We provide all our customers with a 7-day exchange for Indian orders. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Please note that in case of an exchange the customer will have to ship the product back to us. Please note that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For minor color and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

 

Theme Decor Packages:

We encourage to reschedule (upto 365 days) the decor package once the payment is done. There is a 50% cancellation fee for the packages. Full online payment is applicable for online booking.

 

DIY Boxes:

Once the payment is done for the DIY boxes, you have a time period of 8 hrs for free cancellation. Post 8 hrs, we will not be able to cancel the order. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not applicable for DIY Boxes.
